If you need product support, please email marc@electricterrain.com with a summary of the technical issue with the product and your order number. Depending on the support issue, you may also need to contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim or if you purchased product protection, you may need to contact Consumer Priority Service (CPS).
Please note the warranty period will vary from product to product. If you cannot find warranty information, please contact us so we can assist you with resolving this issue as soon as possible.
When contacting the manufacturer or insurance company, please have your serial number handy (usually found on the battery or battery case) or the product protection contract number handy as well the date of purchase listed on your order receipt.

Depending on the support advice you receive from the manufacturer or the insurance provider, you may need to return the electric ride via UPS ground, Fed Ex or other carrier. The manufacturer may send you a return address packing label and coordinate the product return to the warehouse or nearest service center.
